Beyond clinical care, Healthy Tails operates supervised training and grooming for pets that are recovering from procedures or managing ongoing conditions. Pet grooming is available at both branches, tied into the clinical workflow when animals have skin conditions that need medicated treatment. Training services address obedience, socialization, and behavioral correction through structured, evidence-based methods.

Both locations are accessible to families across Karachi’s key residential corridors — DHA, Clifton, Phase 5, Phase 6, Phase 8 on one side; PECHS, Bahadurabad, and Gulshan on the other. The two-branch model was deliberate: distance shouldn’t be the reason a pet goes without proper care.

What holds it together is consistency — the same clinical standards, the same approach to diagnostics and communication, and the same expectation that every animal that comes through either door gets assessed properly, treated appropriately, and followed up on.
